GreenMowers sells genuine products sourced through legitimate supply channels. We do not sell counterfeit, replica or grey-market goods.

How We Source

Stock is obtained from authorised distributors and established trade suppliers. Every supplier we work with is vetted before we list their products, and we retain purchase documentation for the items we sell.

Warranty

Because our stock is genuine, products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty where one is offered, alongside your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Packaging

Items normally ship in original manufacturer packaging. Occasionally an item is supplied in protective outer packaging for transit — this does not affect the product or its warranty.

Concerns About an Item

If you ever have doubts about an item you received, email contact@greenmowers.shop with your order number and photographs. We investigate every report and will refund in full if a product is not as described.
