Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items returned in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Email contact@greenmowers.shop with your order number to begin a return. After we receive and check the returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact contact@greenmowers.shop within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
